The Presiding Member for the Effutu Municipal Assembly in the Central Region Eldad Bonney has described the late Municipal Chief Executive of the assembly, Nii Ephraim, as a strict man.

Paying glowing tributes of the late MCE to Citi News’, Eldad Bonney said the late MCE was a “kind person, who was very strict and when you talk of discipline he is the best. We have missed him already.”
He appealed for calm among the people of Efutu and the National Democratic Congress and added that the assembly would ensure that the late MCE gets a befitting burial.
“We must continue whatever he started to project his name. We will like to appeal to all workers, family members, party and the general public that we must share and mourn with the family to have a successful funeral,” he stated.
