Samsung supports young Ghanaian footballers

Samsung, the official sponsor of the Orange Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Equatorial Guinea 2015, has rolled out an initiative aimed at supporting talented young footballers in Ghana.

The project dubbed, “I see your dreams” focuses on the development of young people’s passion for football, and training them to develop their skills.

[contextly_sidebar id=”XxeP3l1rd0reFKp9h8S9WnNa7d3krlis”]In an interview with Citi News, the Director of Samsung Electronics West Africa, Vishwas Saxena, said the initiative was an opportunity to foster “the spirit of professionalism and nurture the love of soccer in the youth.”

He added that Samsung has taken it upon itself “the responsibility of connecting the youth with the game that is so close to their heart.”

Dede Ayew and and former Black Stars striker Yaw Preko have been chosen as ambassadors for the project.
