Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) has been admitted at the Police Hospital in Accra.

He was seen limping with seeming pain in his left leg when he appeared before the court.
KKD who has been charged with rape has denied the allegations saying he had “consensual sex” with the alleged rape victim.
Lawyers of KKD earlier petitioned a Human Rights courts to have him bailed after he was denied bail by a magistrate court in Accra presided over by Adwoa Akyaamaa Ofosu.
But the Human Rights Court adjourned hearing of the case to January 13.
