Staff of UBA have donated a total amount of GHc3,000 to Citi FM’s Cope Opportunity Project on Education (COPE)
Speaking to Citi News, the Relationship Manager of the Ringroad Branch of UBA , Racheal Dadson said “we the staff of UBA we thought it will be best to give to the less privileged. Those who cannot afford to support the Opportunity Project for Students”
“A time like this;Christmas time is best to give to the less privileged. Those who cannot afford to do same,”she added.
She further revealed that UBA will continue to support the programme and make it successful.
COPE is an educational initiative that seeks to provide scholarships to brilliant but deprived students to further their education within various secondary schools and universities in Ghana.
For his part, the General Secretary of the UBA Staff Initiative Fund, Nii Amponsah Quainoo said the initiative forms part of moves to show love to Ghanaians.
