Embattled hiplife artiste Kwaw Kese has been rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for the second time after complaining about stomach ache.

Ernest Abban, the Senior Administrative Director at the hospital’s Public Relations Unit in Kumasi confirmed this to citifmonline.com.

He however told citifmonline.com that the rapper is “responding to treatment.”

The artiste has been charged for allegedly smoking in public, a substance suspected to be Indian hemp.

He was arrested by the Police in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region at a drinking spot close to the popular ‘+2 Pub’ in Nhyiaeso.

On Tuesday a Circuit court in Kumasi denied Kwaw Kese bail for the fourth consecutive time, which means he will spend the Christmas and new year celebrations in jail.

The case has been adjourned to January 5, 2015.
