A Juabeng Circuit court has remanded into police custody two students suspected of raping their school mate.
The form three students of Juabeng Senior High School in Ashanti Region allegedly raped the form one girl.
Speaking to Citi News, the Police Commander of Ejisu-Juabeng, Superintendent Steven Kwesi Kwakye said investigations are still underway.
Supt. Kwakye explained that the Police “had information that a form one student has been raped by two form three science students and as a result, we arrested them.”
They were subsequently arraigned before a Juabeng Circuit on Thursday and they are scheduled to re-appear in court on April 4.
