Reports indicate that the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Exopa Modeling Agency, Ibrahim Sima is dead.
Sources say he died on Thursday night at the Police Hospital after been rushed there from the Nsawam prison where he was serving a 15-year jail term for trafficking narcotics.
The Former boss of the EXOPA Modeling Agency was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for attempting to smuggle narcotic drugs out of the country.
Ibrahim Sima has been on trial since September 2009 till 2011 for two counts of attempting to export narcotic drugs and unlawful possession of narcotic drugs.
He was arrested on September 7, 2009 at the Kotoka International Airport when a search on his luggage revealed he had stuffed tubers of yam with narcotic substances.
Meanwhile authorities at the Police Hospital have said they will carry out an autopsy on Ibrahim Sima to find out the cause of his death.
The Head of Public Relations at the Police Hospital, ASP Juliana Obeng told Citi News that the family of Ibrahim Sima the family of Ibrahim Sima have since been informed of the news.
