An Accra Fast Track yesterday adjourned the case brought against musician, Shatta Wale, by events company Charterhouse and Mr Iyiola Ayaode to November 13.

The presiding judge Ms Naa Adoley Azu upheld the case of interlocutory injunction against the musician, real name Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, during the first hearing on October 19.

Counsel for Shatta Wale, Peter Zwennes, told the court that the embattled musician would prefer an out of court settlement.

The court will determine the motion of the Alternative Dispute Resolution after the counsel for Shatta Wale serves the plaintiffs accordingly.
