The keenly contested finale of the 2014 Miss Malaika beauty pageant took place on Saturday, November 1 at the National Theatre with 19-year old Eirene Nsudoon Binabibi winning the coveted crown.

It was a night of beauty, intelligence and music, with 10 young ladies competing for the ultimate crown as well as a car and prize money.

After some rounds of activities, Anita, Sharon, Stephanie, Eirene and Joyce were the top 5 contestants to be selected to go through the final stages.

Eirene Nsudoon Binabibi, a student of the University of Ghana, emerged winner with 18-year old Sharon Davidor, a  graduate of Wesley Girls High School and 19 year old SHS graduate,  Joyce Mamle Ayeh in second and third place respectively.

Actress, Radio and TV personality, Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku was the MC for the night with DJ Black treating patrons to the best of songs. Miss Malaika 2014 winner (3)Miss Malaika 2014 winner (4)

Judges for the finale included Stephanie Benson, PaJohn Bentsifi Dadson, Theresa Ayoade, Chris Attoh and Sandra Ankobiah. There were also music performances from some of the biggest Ghanaian music stars MzVee, EL and Edem.Miss Malaika 2014 winner (5)
