Pope John SHS were knocked out of the ongoing round-of-16-stage of National Science and Maths Quiz competition by Jachie Pramso SHS.
Jachie Pramso led the low-scoring contest with 35 points, beating Zion College who had 34 points and Pope John SHS with 29 points.
Pope John was tied for the lead with Jaachie SHS going into the final round but failed to record a point during the stage offering riddles.
The 2017 edition of the National Science & Maths Quiz is sponsored by the Ghana Education Service through the Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools (CHASS) and supported by Tigo, GOIL, Prudential Life Insurance, Accra College of Medicine and GCB Bank.
