When tickets for this year’s Decemba to Rememba concert (#D2R2015) started running out around 11 am on Thursday, it certainly was a clear sign that this time it would be different.

Thousands of music lovers clad in white top and jeans let down their hair and made #D2R2015 the official Christmas party.

They danced, shouted, sang along and tweeted their way to the top trends. Atom kicked off the show by building up the energies of the audience for a long night with an energetic performance of their hit song “Ye Wo Krom”.

Next on stage was songstress Eazzy, who delivered some back to back performances of some of her hit songs.

And for a show that precede Christmas, it was indeed not out of place to get patrons in the mood for Christmas as Addaquaye and the Bitonic singers delivered some of the greatest carols that got the audience involved.

The ever energetic Okyeame Kwame, then mounted the stage to take the fun a notch higher with a team of vibrant dancers.

A night of music and dance would certainly not have been complete without a dose of laughter and comedy. Nigerian Comedian Hogan, took the audience through a non-stop rib-cracking comedy that could have at least solicited a smile even from a ghost.

Two other  lucky patrons were also rewarded with Samsung Galaxy A5 and A3 respectively , whiles the fourth winner took away a wireless speaker. The giveaways were offered by Stanbic Bank, one of the sponsors of this  D2R 2015.

Hogan left the stage for the ‘Telemo’ man, Gasmilla, who came with a well-crafted stage performance spiced with amazing dancers and wowed the audience.

The next act was Wisa of ‘Ekiki Me’ fame, who thrilled the fans to a heated performance but generated controversy by stripping and robbing his manhood behind his female dancer on stage.

Just when it looked like the energies of patrons were fading away at dawn, then came the biggest act of the night, BET Award winner and Ghana’s 2015 artiste of year, Stonebwoy.

Hits after hits with great rap, the Dancehall artiste brought his A-Game to bear on the night as he promised the audience before the show.
