Ghana’s most influential radio station, Citi FM, is thanking its fans for helping it achieve a milestone on social media page Facebook, by giving the station over half a million likes.
Citi FM is the first radio station in Ghana to hit a landmark of over 500,000 likes on Facebook.

This comes days after the station’s official Twitter account, @Citi973 was verified on Twitter.
The achievement on Facebook and Twitter represents a great feat for the station which celebrated its 11th anniversary in November.
The station’s official Twitter and Facebook accounts are the most followed in the country and arguably the most active in Ghana in recent years.
