Father of Hiplife/ Hipop Artiste M.anifest,  Tsatsu Tsikata, has commended  his son and endorsed his music career saying his style of music is refreshing.

Speaking on the ‘Time with the Legends’ segment of the Citi Breakfast Show, Tsatsu  Tsikata said :“ That is my son, and indeed he’s taken to music and I am very proud of that because I wish I had those kind of creative skills. I am very proud of what he does” he stated.

The astute legal practitioner further pointed out that, he would have never imposed a career in law on his son since his interest is not in that field.

“ Music is actually a very creative and inspirational kind of career that one can engage in; and I believe that people have different talents. I would never have tried to impose on him a career in law. I went into law inspired by other people like my uncle; but he has also been inspired by other people like his grandfather, Prof. Nketiah, and he continues to develop his talent in that sphere and it’s great to see that; and I believe that we all should find ourselves in terms of what talents God has endowed us with.”

M.anifest has made major strides in the entertainment arena.

In March 2015, he took the third position in the R&B/ Hiphop category of the International Songwriting Competition (ISC) for his song, Some Way Bi.

He has produced a number of songs including the popular Some Way Bi, No Shortcut to Heaven among others.
