Black Stars touch down in Ghana after Comoros draw

The senior national team, the Black Stars have arrived in Accra after being held to a goalless draw against Comoros in the World Cup qualifier played on Friday.

The game which was played at the Stade Said Mohammed Cheikh Astro pitch in Moroni saw the home side put up a resilient performance to shut out the Black Stars.

Coach Avram Grant and his side are expected to move to Kumasi for the second leg tie which will be played at the Baba Yara Stadium on Tuesday.

The Black Stars will move into the next stage of the qualifiers if they beat Comoros in Tuesday’s return leg game.
