The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), has served notice it will sue former Black Stars Defender Samuel Osei Kuffour over his accumulated unpaid property rate for his facility near the Kwame Nkrumah Circle.

Citifmonline.com on Monday spotted the notice on Sammy Kuffour’s property called the Abena Attea tower, which accommodates a bank and other companies.

The accrued property rate for the property for 2015 is Ghc15, 460.

The AMA warned it will sell the property to defray the cost in accordance with the law by October 19, if the newly appointed Kotoko President does not pay the debt.
