Players of defending Ghana Premier League Champions were attacked by armed men on Saturday, just hours before their match against rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.
The attack is reported to have taken place at the Tadoma hotel in Achimota where the team is based ahead of the game.

The robbers also made away with the valuables of the players and officials.
The club confirmed the incident in a series of tweets and stated that “the players & technical team are unfazed by this and are working in earnest for the big game.”
There has been no word as yet on the status of the assailants but there are indications that they got away before they could be arrested.
It represented less than ideal preparation for the Porcupine Warriors ahead of their game later on Sunday against Hearts of Oak.
But the team stayed before the game that they would not be fazed by the attack.
Kotoko picked up all three points, beating Hearts 2-1 in Accra to deepen the Phobians’ relegation fears.
Both teams went into the game in need of a vital win to strengthen their hopes of survival in the league after a disappointing season so far.
Kotoko move up to 8th on the table with 32 points, 6 points clear of Hearts in 15th with five more games to play.
