It was on the theme: ‘Walking with God the Holy Spirit-Our Role as Christian Women.’

She called on the women of God, to let their walk with the Lord be close, truthful and serious because there are many blessing.

Mrs. Amissah Arthur said as Christian women “we have been blessed with diverse gifts. The Lord wants us to use these gifts to help others in serving the Lord in our various capacities as women in the church in order to bring glory to the Lord.”

The Second Lady cautioned against selfishness and backbiting.

She took the opportunity to congratulate them on the projects that they are pursuing to help the young girls, the aged and the sick.

She also donated some health materials through the church to be given to the leprosarium in the area.

About 1,000 members of the church drawn from the Region attended the two-day conference on the theme: “Knowing God the Holy Spirit.”
