booooostThe Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors says it will hit the courts if the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) fails to halt the contract between Bulk Oil Storage and Transport Company (BOST) and TSL logistics Ghana limited.

According to the bulk oil distributors, the Ghanaian subsidiary of Nigerian owned and based TSL logistics limited has not been licensed to operate in the country.

There are reports that BOST has outsourced the management of its petroleum storage facilities to TSL logistics Ghana limited.

Speaking to Citi Business News the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors Senyo Hosi said they will formally petition the NPA today.
