An Accra Circuit Court will today rule on a submission of no case application filed by lawyers of alleged gay Doctor, Sulley Ali Gabass.

During a previous hearing, lawyers of Ali Gabass prayed the court to dismiss the prosecution’s claim and discharge the medical doctor of the charges.
Background
The Takoradi Based medical Doctor, Dr. Sulley Ali Gabass was arraigned before the circuit court in October 2014 over charges of defilement and unnatural canal knowledge of an under aged boy.
Dr. Gabass is alleged to have had anal sex with victim on five different occasion.
The victim reportedly met Ali Gabass on Facebook after they chatted online and communicated on phone for a while.
The suspect subsequently arranged and met the victim at the Kasoa Market area last year.
According to the Police, Dr Gabass had three more anal sex with the victim after the first encounter.
