Mohammed Polo is disappointed with the travails of Hearts as they slipped on Sunday.

The Phobians allowed Lions to come back from a goal down and lost 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium. The legendary Hearts player took, again, to blaming officiating decisions.

“I’m very disappointed. It is hard to understand what is happening at the club.”

Lions have overtaken the Accra giants to second spot and with six games to end the season, Hearts could be out of the race for a spot in the African Champions League.

“Yesterday, we were undone by a refereeing error. The referee didn’t see the ball cross the line but he whistled for a goal. I cannot understand. The second goal we conceded isn’t a goal that should beat a goalkeeper.”

Citi Sports feelers in the club say that Polo will definitely not continue when the season ends. It is even rumoured within club circles that he could be sacked should he lose just one more game.
