Airtel appoints new Customer Experience Director

Airtel Ghana on Tuesday announced the appointment of Rosy Fynn as its new Customer Experience Director.

Rosy Fynn brings with her a wealth of telecoms experience as well as excellent leadership and execution skills. Prior to Airtel Ghana, Rosy played a key role in Surfline’s successful commercial launch in 2014 where she was the Marketing Director.

Her impressive track records have been built along an illustrious career path which cuts across finance, consulting and the telecoms industries.

Fynn also worked at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) where she rose through the ranks from a Commercial Executive to a Consumer Manager (CMO), and eventually as Head of Brands for Africa.

She has an impressive educational background with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and a BA (Honors) in Computer Science and Mathematics from Smith College.

At Airtel Ghana, Rosy takes on the responsibility of Customer Experience Director which will require her to identify and charter projects that decrease customer effort, and deliver exceptional customer experience for Airtel customers nationwide.

She will spearhead the next phase of Airtel Premier, Airtel’s flagship programme that provides our high value customers with exclusive rewards that match their lifestyle.

Commenting on the appointment, Lucy Quist, Managing Director of Airtel Ghana, said: “Rosy’s intimate knowledge and understanding of telecommunications, consumer needs and marketing will assist us to enhance our relationship with our cherished customers. The Customer Experience department has the highest potential of maintaining Airtel Ghana’s number 1 position as the most loved brand…”
