Brand representatives of Indomie Instant Noodles in Ghana, Multi-Pro Private Limited has rewarded its key distributors across the country for outstanding performance in distribution in 2015.
Though Multi-Pro Private Ltd admits 2015 was a difficult year, the company believes devising strategies and working closely with distributors is a key for the Indomie Instant Noodles brand to continue to grow; however marginal it might be.
After taking the key distributors through training in 2015, they were given targets and promised rewards should they be able to meet the targets set as their contribution to the growth of the company.
In view of this, the company has began awarding deserving distributors who met and exceeded their target with brand new 20 vehicles made up SUV’s, trucks and salon cars. Other items such as home theatres, fridges and mobile phones were given to 100 distributors from all over the country.
Speaking in an interview with Citi Business News, a Zonal Supervisor, Muntari Zibo, said the strategy is to challenge the distributors to work harder and distribute the product and prove to be successful.
“As you see the joy shown by some of the winners, this is to motivate them to work hard in 2016 because the product should become a household need for both children and adults.”
Some of the winners were Kasan Enterprise- Mavis Debrah- won Pajero, Tonifel- Felicia Banahene another SUV and Geo-gift- Gifty Gyamera who won a saloon car.
Multi-Pro Private Limited placed third on the recent Ghana club 100.
