An Accra Circuit Court has acquitted and discharged Reggae Artist, Ekow Micah who was facing trial for unlawful possession of narcotics.
In his judgement, presiding judge, Justice Aboagye Tandor, said he arrived at the decision because the defence raised sufficient doubt over the case of the prosecution which had the duty of proving Ekow Micah’s guilt.
