The Ghana Police service says it will soon arraign before court 21 suspects it arrested in connection with the murder of the overlord of Bimbilla, Naa Dasana Andani Abdulai II.
The late chief and five others were shot and killed in his palace in Bimbilla about two weeks ago.
Speaking to Citi News, the Director of Police Public Affairs, DSP Cephas Arthur says investigations are still ongoing despite preparations to go to court.
He said, “the number of persons arrested in collection with the killing of the Bimbilla chief and others has risen to 21. And these 21 persons have been arrested by the police to assist with investigation. As soon as it is possible, the next line of action will be taken.”
