The Doctor, Dr. Nii Armah Adu-Aryee, who diagnosed Ali Gabass’ alleged sodomized victim has testified before the gender based violence Court in Accra.
He told the court which was held in camera that the alleged victim had tested HIV positive.
Dr. Adu Aryee was the fourth prosecution witness to be heard in the matter.
Dr. Aryee has been in charge of the victim since the referral of the case to the Korle Bu teaching hospital.
He is said to have concluded his evidence in Chief and is expected back in court on Friday March 20, for a cross examination.
The Doctor briefed the court on the medical report of the victim.
The Takoradi Based medical Doctor, Dr. Sulley Ali Gabass was arraigned before the circuit court last year over charges of defilement and unnatural canal knowledge of an under aged boy.
Dr. Gabass is alleged to have had anal sex with victim on five different occasion.
The victim reportedly met Ali Gabass on Facebook after they chatted online and communicated on phone for a while.
The suspect subsequently arranged and met the victim at the Kasoa Market area last year.
