A man has been charged at a Nairobi court with intentionally touching a woman’s buttocks against her will.
Charles King’ori Mbugua was charged with committing and indecent act with an adult contrary to section 11(A) of the Sexual Offences Act.
The charge sheet stated that on December 28, 2014, at Ambassador bus stage along Tom Mboya street, he had touched the woman’s buttocks.
If found guilty, he is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding fifty thousand shillings or to both
