#AFCON2015 final: A bunch of nervy Ghanaians on Twitter

A few minutes ahead of the final at the 2015 edition of the African Cup of Nations between Ghana and Ivory Coast, some Ghanaians have taken to social media platform Twitter to express their feelings about the game.
