The Interior Ministry has renewed the curfew imposed on Bimbila, Alavanyo, Nkonya, Nakpanduri and its environs.

[contextly_sidebar id=”zmJplOHik0eW9zAWreAuhZHqCktuHFvW”]This was done on the advice of the regional Security Council these towns fall under.

The curfew period on Bimbila is now from 6pm to 6am.

That for Alavanyo and Nkonya is also from 6pm to 6am.

The curfew period for Nakpanduri and its environs is from 10pm to 4am.

A statement signed by the Interior Minister Mark Woyongo said the security agencies are firmly on the ground to deal with those who may violate the curfew period.

He also urged the chiefs and people in these towns to continue to work towards lasting peace.
