The Black Stars will fly out to Spain on Sunday 4th January,2015 to begin preparations for the 2015 African Nations Cup in Equatorial Guinea which starts on the 17th.

About 15 players of the team have been going through fitness tests in Accra to keep them in shape ahead of the official training camp in Seville, Spain.
It is believed that the 31 players called by coach Avram Grant will be taken to the camp before the required 23 are selected for the tournament.
Sources close to the team say the training camp in Spain will place a lot of emphasis on the physical conditioning of the players. In addition, the team will face a number of lower division teams to fine tune tactics for the competition.
Ghana is in Group C of the 2015 AFCON with Algeria, South Africa and Senegal.
