As part of its quest to deliver an unmatched experience to its customers and to also spend more time with them, Vodafone Ghana, has opened a retail shop at West Hills Mall to ensure efficiency for its   customers by making business present at convenient and accessible locations.

The new retail store has a techzone which caters for data related issues and an express zone where customers can do quick transactions. One prominent feature of this shop is the experience table which displays live smart phones for customers to have a feel before a purchase.

As an additional benefit to the customer and to improve their experience when visiting the store, Vodafone Ghana has also collaborated with Samsung to bring to life their latest top of the range devices to the shop.

“We are undoubtedly proud to serve our cherished customers and all by bringing our services closer to their doorsteps” said Nii Boye Adjei, director of Commercial Business at Vodafone Ghana

He added that today, Vodafone Ghana prides itself with 14 owned shops, 10 franchised shops, 132 associated distributors and 17 mobile retail shops, and  are launching  a new store in the largest shopping centre in West Africa: West Hills Mall.

The West Hills Mall provides ultra- modern features and a locational advantage which seeks to attract a huge market on a daily basis. The façade of the mall is designed to sit well with the rolling hills of Aplaku and Bortianor in the background and to accentuate the beauty of Weija.

A special interchange has been designed near the mall to ensure smooth vehicular traffic flow and a pedestrian underpass for persons entering the mall.  Landscaping sprawls over a 24-acre land size with a development area of approximately 40,000 square metres.
