University student, Stefan Sortland, found himself in deep trouble after allegedly taking cocaine and MDMA (ecstasy) at a Halloween party.

Not only did he bash in several cars after taking the illegal drugs, he stole an ambulance and after being arrested was reported to have pleasured himself in the police station.

The 18-year-old was found by police 30 yards from the ambulance wearing an EMT vest, eating Wheat Thins and holding a blanket.

After refusing commands he was shot with a stun gun by Larimer County police officers .

According to the police report, the Colorado State University student admitted to officers he had taken the ambulance but refused to answer any further questions saying only: ‘Why are the lights flashing on the cars?’

While being held in Loveland Police station, he ‘stood on a bench, kicked the wall, and masturbated.’

He also claimed his ‘friends/roommates were dead, in heaven and had committed suicide.’

Officers spoke to these two people and found they were alive and well.

Sortland was charged with aggravated vehicle theft, obstructing EMS, reckless driving, hit-and-run, criminal mischief, attempted motor vehicle theft and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
