As part of its fifth anniversary celebration, Kenzo’s Place, a men’s grooming and beauty salon in Accra has rewarded three of their staff members who have been with the company since its establishment. .

The three staff members, Agnes Bornah, Francis Teye and Simon Asare received a double door fridge and 32 LED televisions respectively.

The management of the salon decided on rewarding these three for their long service to the salon. The two men, both barbers joined the salon from the onset and have benefited from training in white hair cuts, scalp, shoulder and neck massages. The lady joined the company as a cleaner and has been assisted to enrol in school to become a professional hair stylist.

The company is interested in the individual development of the staff members and as such holds regular training sessions on various issues, key to these issues is customer service seminars as the customer is the reason why the company is still in business.

On a side issue, the management announced that they have brought in a new range of skin care products, the Anesi Beaute which guarantees some of the best results after use. These products are originally from Madrid. Before the introduction of the products and to ensure the right usage, the company sent four of its beauty therapists to South Africa for a one week training in the usage of the products before importing them.
