ORIGIN8, the leader in Ghana’s advertising industry has been awarded the Century International Quality ERA Award (CQE) in the Diamond category for 2013 for commitment to Quality and Excellence.
The current recognition brings the company’s total BID Awards count to four (4), with the first one coming in 2003 in the Gold category, second in 2006 in the Platinum category and the third in 2007 in the Diamond category.
Origin8 through its quality works, creativity and human centered approach to advertising and marketing was recognised for this award based on the criteria of the QC100 quality model, implemented in over 100 countries.
Receiving the award on behalf of the company, Mr. William Ansah, CEO of Origin8 expressed his delight and appreciation to the organisers of the award. He said: “We have yet again deepened our footprints in the advertising and marketing landscape in Ghana. As a company, our internal motivation was to put Ghana on the world map of advertising and marketing again. It didn’t matter how long it would take; we just kept on focusing.”
“Today, we share this prestigious platform because of the lives we have touched with our varying solutions to both national and multinational companies, and other governmental and non-governmental entities”. He added.
This year’s Awards ceremony was hosted at the InterContinental Convention Hall in Geneva, Switzerland. Several business leaders represented their companies for the international audience and participated in conferences regarding quality case studies in companies in search of quality and excellence.
The Century International Quality ERA Award (CQE) of Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.) is presented in recognition of companies throughout the world that further their reputation and position by implementing and promoting quality culture. The award also acknowledges organisations continuous contribution to improvement and customer satisfaction as well as improving relations with employees, suppliers and all those associated with the organisation.
Origin8 started as an advertising agency, but over the years has expanded into a full service integrated marketing communications company, which offers added-on services in market research, PR, events, signages and sports management.
