Ghana’s Parliament will resume sitting on Tuesday for their last meeting for the year 2014.

The Minister of Finance, Seth Terkper is expected to appear before the House to present government’s budget for the year 2015.

[contextly_sidebar id=”VDMuEWx7thHOoEhi3iPeVUZWuWAjwnQV”]The legislators will from Tuesday approve crucial loans for infrastructure development.

Members of Parliament will also approve reports of certain Committees including the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) which were working during the recess.

Parliament after months of recess resumed on October 1 for a week-long special sitting during which they considered a multi-million dollar loan and other agreements.

They also approved the Minister of Trades and Industry, Dr. Ekow Spio-Garbrah.

During the special sitting, the MPs did not use the usual Parliamentary Chamber within the State House Complex in Accra.

Instead, a makeshift Parliamentary chamber within the Accra International Conference Centre was used.
