Jessica Opare Saforo, others to be honored at Eagles Summit Africa

The annual international leadership and empowerment summit/awards, Eagles Summit Africa designed to inspire and equip Africans especially the young ones will this year get to recognize Africans contributing in diverse ways to support the rise of Africa.

The summit which is set on the theme AFRICA’S RISE: THE ROLE OF THE CONTEMPORARY AFRICAN will feature Dr. Mrs. Akosua Djangmah and Pastor Abbey Shamoson as speakers. There will also be poetry performances by Fifi Abaidoo and other poets.

The Award’s segment, a new introduction this year is set to recognize contemporary Africans that have distinguished themselves in their specialties and truly helping in the rise of Africa.

Female: Jasmine Baroundi

Entrepreneurs of the Year
Male: Albert Osei
Female: Dr. Joyce Aryee

TV Personality of the Year
Male: Benny Blanco
Female: Anita Owusu

Sports Personality of the Year
Stephen Appiah

Radio Personality of the Year
Male: Fiifi Folson
Female: Jessica Opare Saforo

IT Personality of the Year
Male: Dr. Caleb Apaablo
Female: Farida Bedwei

Trend Setter of the Year
Apostle Dr. Kojo Safo

Innovative Company of the Year
The Kantanka Group

Emerging Young Leader of the Year
Prince Akpah

Emerging Young Entrepreneur of the Year
Stella Uju

In a statement by OB Sinachy, the Principal Partner of the Summit, ”Africa is approaching an era of radical infrastructural, technological, economical and social transformation and it is important that Africans, especially young Africans are adequately positioned and equipped in terms of their mindset and attitude to ensure that the great future of this continent is preserved.

The event will take place at the Zenith University College main auditorium behind the Accra International Trade Fair Center on Saturday 1st November. The event begins at 8 am prompt.
