The fate of the 10 finalists of this year’s Miss Malaika pageant will be decided on Saturday, November 1 at the National Theatre when it hosts the grand final of the competition.

The competition began in late August when16 ladies were introduced as participants of this year’s reality TV series.

For the past 13 weeks, the ladies have gone through an intensive journey of rediscovery and grooming in preparation for the finals where one will emerge winner and begin a new journey as a National Youth Ambassador for the campaign against the spread of Malaria.

On a weekly basis, the delegates performed assigned tasks that included cooking competition, fund raising for an orphanage in Accra, fashion and hair shows among others. During this period, six delegates were evicted leaving 10 for the finals.

According to an official of Chaterhouse,“ The beautiful ladies will be put to test as they battle against each other through intelligence, beauty, eloquence and a whole lot more.

“ The night will be jazzed up with live performances from some of Ghana’s young and vibrant artistes such as MzVee, EL and Edem.
