The annual Citi FM women’s career forum comes off on Thursday 27th March at the National Theatre.
The forum, dubbed Just Women, brings together four accomplished women in Ghana – Estelle Akofio Sowah of Google Ghana, Ruka Sanusi of Alldens Lane, Dzigbordi Dosoo of Allure Africa and Ellen Hagan of L’aine Services – who would engage women in their early to mid career building stages on various topical areas to ensure rapid career development and advancement.
Just Women would give participants technical and professional guidelines needed to excel in their chosen professions. Participants would get the required insights to enable them succeed in male dominated industries, combine family and work effectively and conquer their limitations to be trailblazers. Most importantly, Just Women, would equip women with the knowledge to start, sustain and survive in a chosen career and entrepreneurial field.

– Winning the battle: Conquering your limitations by Estelle Akofio Sowah.
