Known in music life as Shatta Wale, the self-acclaimed Dancehall King has descended heavily on event management company, Charter House describing them as “broke.”
He said after portraying the company as a noble and affluent one, “they [Charter House] are still hungry” and needs his money to survive.
Shatta Wale has been sued by Charter House, for alleged defamatory comments he made about the company in a series of videos he (Shatta Wale) released on his facebook wall on 23rd and 24th of September, 2014.
The company is demanding damages of GhC 10 million and an apology from the artiste.

Few days after the court suit, Shatta Wale’s biggest dancehall rival Samini took to social-networking site, Twitter, to mock the under fire artist for his rants which has landed him in trouble.
But unruffled Shatta Wale in his newly released song dubbed, “Dem broke” said; “I don’t know that you are that hungry that you need my money.”
“If life has been difficult for you, don’t make it violent…If you request money from bank you can’t do it with force,” he sung.
He continued, “They see me as a fool… Shatta Wale will disgrace you if you try him.”
