Nigeria’s 2015 general elections is heating up, and politicians are gearing up for campaigns ahead of their party primaries.
For the All Progressives Congress (APC), the primaries come up in a couple of weeks and entertainers seeking political offices on the party’s platform are leaving no stone unturned in their quest also.
Nollywood actor, Desmond Olusola Elliott who wants to represent Surulere constituency at the Lagos State House of Assembly, has been making efforts to reach out to the people of his constituency through meeting and enlightenments.
The actor recently might have got an honourable mention from his party, the APC over the weekend.
The party tweeted from their official handle saying: “Guess who our new celebrity candidate is? @deselliot welcome aboard… God save Nigeria God bless APC.”
