The brother of Black Stars Captain, Baffour Gyan and Personal Manager of the player, Samuel Anim Addo allegedly led the “macho men” to beat up Daniel Kenu after he asked Asamoah his views about rumours that he [Asamoah Gyan] had used his friend and popular hiplife artiste Castro, for rituals.

Ashanti Regional branch of the GJA has also announced an indefinite boycott of all Black Stars event until because of the incident.

The Ashanti Regional branch announced they will boycott all Black Stars-related events until justice is delivered.

The older brother of Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan ,Baffour Gyan, and the player’s personal manager, Samuel Anim Addo, reportedly wanted to settle the case out of court after the two were granted bail by a Kumasi circuit court.

The two, who were charged on two counts of assault, pleaded not guilty and the court presided over by Mr William Boampong admitted them to bail in the sum of GHȻ30,000 with two sureties.
