Mining Services Giant, Metso Minerals Ghana has been slapped with a legal suit for contempt of court following the termination of appointment of its Former Managing Director and Finance and Administrative Director.
Metso Minerals Ghana was hit with the suit after it went ahead to fire the two though the court ordered them not to take any such action until the substantive case was heard.
The former MD, Seth Quaye and the Financial Director Patrick Ofei dragged the company to court over the termination of their appointments and the mining company’s failure to pay them their severance package.
The next sitting of the case will be on the 16th of October, 2014.
