A 26-year-old man is suspected to have murdered his 12-year-old nephew, Solomon Yawson at Winneba in the Central Region.
Speaking in an interview with Citi News, the District Superintendent of Winneba, Kofi Sarkodie said though the suspect has been on the run since the incident, his outfit is doing all it can to apprehend him.
Narrating the incident, Mr. Sarkodie said the suspect killed his son in a suburb of Winneba around 8:30am.
He said residents in the area got to know the incident after some children found the victim’s body soaked in blood.
He said efforts are underway to arrest the suspect.
