The New Patriotic Party commends the party officers, members, activists and volunteers across the country for demonstrating a high level of commitment in monitoring the Voter Registration Exercise across the country.

The work exhibited by our gallant Patriots in all parts of the country; and in very difficult circumstances deserves commendation.

The energy and time our Officers have put into the exercise was a clear indication of our determination to work collectively and timely to deliver power in 2016.

Reports from the Regions confirmed that our Officers and Activities were on duty at all Registration Centers in the Electoral Areas to ensure that the process was effectively supervised to see to it that the right persons were enrolled on the Voters Register.

We are happy that the spirit of service, sacrifice and selflessness is clearly being revived as demonstrated by our members and officers who turned up in their numbers to represent our Party at the various Registration Centers as well as moving from house to house to encourage our supporters who have attained the voting age to patronize the exercise.

The NPP urges all Ghanaians to remain united behind our collective goal of ensuring a credible electoral system by respecting and abiding by the laws governing our electoral process.

Signed:

Kwabena Agyei Agyepong

General Secretary, NPP
