An 18 year old student has committed suicide at Daboase in the Western Region.
The student, Ishmael Kwesi Ayebi hanged himself at his father’s residence.
The corpse has since been deposited at the Effia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital morgue for autopsy while police conducts investigation.
Inspector Emmanuel Kofi Eyison, the Daboase Station Master, confirmed the incident to Ghana News Agency on Monday.
He said the father of the deceased Ambrose Ayebi, a security man at the Socfinaf Plantation at Daboase reported the incident to the Police on Sunday August 10.
According to the Police, the father of the deceased went to the house around 12 when he found him dead.
