At the Odupong-Kpehe Urban Council and the Children’s rainbow library Registration Centres, located in the Awutu Senya East Constituency, he observed that, the Supreme Court’s declaration banning the use of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) card as one of the IDs proving identity and eligibility was stringently adhered to.

Activity at both registration centres came to a standstill after residents learnt of Nana Akufo-Addo’s presence in the constituency.

At the Gomoa East constituency, Akufo-Addo visited the Gomoa Budumburam Community Centre, where a registration centre had been set up.

He was told by the NPP agents that most first time voters had come with two voters to validate their eligibility before they were allowed to register.

Nana Akufo-Addo then visited the Ebenezer Methodist Church registration centre, at Mankessim, in the Mfantseman constituency,  where 56 voters were registered on Monday.
