Trains across the country are parked as rail workers begin a nationwide strike to protest poor conditions of service on Monday.

The workers say their protest is to demand better conditions of service.

The  workers  say after decades of service with the company even senior still receive meagre salaries.

Speaking to Citi News the General Secretary of the Railway workers union, Godwin Ntaama insist the trains http://vhealthportal.com/product/cipro/ will only move if the outcome of the meeting with the President is fruitful but until then they will not call off today’s strike.

”Trains are not going to move; depending on what happens at the Flagstaff House, the trains will move,” he said.

Citi News’ checks at some railway stations on Monday morning shows that the workers indeed did not work.
