Another season and a new process is about to roll for the emergence of a new Malaika queen.

In it twelfth year, the Miss Malaika competition last year saw hundreds of young ladies taking part in an audition that finally saw 12 of them competing at the final event.

Naa Oyoe Quartey was crowned Miss Malaika 2013 at a final event in October 2013.

Come next Saturday July 12,  the GhOne TV premises will welcome ladies between the ages of 18 and 25 to be part of the auditions for the 2014 season of the Miss Malaika Ghana beauty pageant.

Participants are expected to be beautiful, intelligent, bold, eloquent and assertive.

According to a news release put out by Charterhouse, the organisers, participants who qualify will experience a tremendous transformation of their lives with unlimited possibilities.

“The pageant acts as a finishing school for young ladies who go through it and even those who do not emerge winners end up with very important life skills that they can employ to better themselves”, the statement said.
