Thousands of happy customers on the Vodafone network have heaped praises on the telecommunications company for surprising and appreciating them during Valentine’s Day.

Lucky subscribers of Vodafone Red received bouquets and chocolates in their homes and offices whilst top tier customers were given a free spa treat at Allure Spa in the City.

Additionally, customers who shopped at Palace and Melcom supermarkets Accra and Takoradi on the day, were showered with free gifts whilst birthday celebrants were also not left out.

A delighted customer, Mr. Joe Ohemeng, who benefitted from the package said, “receiving a gift on Valentine’s Day was a lovely and thoughtful gesture from Vodafone.”

Expressing her gratitude to Vodafone, Madam Gloria Akornor, another customer said, “I was speechless because I never imagined I could receive a gift from Vodafone. I look forward to more of these surprises.”

Commenting on the gesture, Agnes Emefa Essah, Director of Consumer Business Unit (CBU) at Vodafone Ghana said, “Our customers deserve our love this season for staying loyal and true to us all these years. As a network that consistently rewards its customers, we made sure we touched every one of them across the country. I am happy to also say that we have repriced our Red Weekly offer at GHS5 to enhance the value we give to customers.’’
