Popular entertainment show, Concert Party is coming back to the National Theatre on Republic Day, July 1.
The rebirth is meant to recreate the joy the show brought to Ghanaians who were pained by its long break.
Organizers say the show is back to reclaim top spot on television, and in the heart of Ghanaians.
Performers on the day will include renowned Edikanfo drama group, Aunty Adwoa, Yaa Baby and Manu.
Comedian Abusua, popularly known as Ghana’s Mr.Bean, is eager to thrill fans with his jokes.
The Nhyira Band will also be present to treat audience to good highlife tunes.
Arguably one of the most popular shows to be aired on television, the Concert Party helped launch the careers of famous comedian such as Nkomode and Bob Okala.
Actors Akrobeto and Agya Koo both made their acting debut on the show.
