Ghana forward Kevin-Prince Boateng and defender John Boye, returned to training on Monday.

The pair, who started the 2-2 draw with Germany on Saturday,  picked up minor knocks in the game.

Boateng was substituted in the second half  with John Boye assessed by the team doctors after colliding with Thomas Mueller at the end of the game

They sat out the team’s training session on Sunday but completed the full session on Monday after being cleared by the medical team.

The duo will now hope to feature in Ghana’s final group game.

The Black Stars play Portugal on Thursday in a game they must win to stand any chance of progressing from the group.
